"If I could leave negative stars, I would. I live with agoraphobia and my Dr. was helping me by referring me to HNL. They left a voicemail on Friday saying they were coming the next Monday which was not good for me. I tried calling the number left and it took hours until I got a call back and was told that they had me scheduled for Thursday, not Monday. I asked me if I could have a call before they get here so I could put my little Yorkie in the kitchen because strangers make her nervous and I didn't want to take chances on her acting out. I was told I'd get a confirmation call the day before so I could make this request. Needless to say I never got the call and when I tried calling them I got no call back. Fast forward to this morning, the scheduled day, and I was up and ready between 8&10 am as instructed. Nobody showed up or called. I left messages and sent my Dr a message. I did finally reach someone who said that they didn't do the scheduling and would give my number to the people who do. Hours later I got a call from a very rude, condescending girl who said I wasn't on today's schedule and nobody had called me to tell me so.. She said I was on the schedule for tomorrow. I had to stop her to relate the entire account and she said, in a snotty voice, "OK,,is Monday between 8&12 good for you?" I had to remind her that fasting was between 8&10. She hung up on me.. I am so upset! If I could get to Quest, I would. I simply can't. Now I'm having to search for another mobile service. If I can't find one, I have to wait until I can mentally get out."

"The one lady that works there with glasses was super rude because I came in at 4:50pm for quick bloodwork when I got off work. The place is open til 5pm, meaning you take whoever walks in the door until 5pm. Clearly as a worker you will have to be there a little later than that. She tried to refuse me and walked away from me yelling and making a fuss only to come back to me and tell me she could do it. I was literally out the door before 5pm even hit. If you're going to work in Healthcare you should really respect the patience because, we are the reason you have a job to begin with. You don't like it then quit and go elsewhere. So be warned don't go in there past 445pm or you'll get an attitude."

"BEST location! The staff is very welcoming, professional and helpful with any questions you have. Process is usually quick even when the waiting area has a handful of people waiting. When you arrive, check yourself in on the digital thingy on the wall and you are good to go. No 'old school' pencil and paper list. They take people in the order they arrive/check-in. The place is clean too which helps give me a peace of mind with trusting them."
