"I was with this company for 4 years and it was an okay place to work for. The pay isn't great, but the benefits are. They want to make you do more with less. If you're someone who is trying to make a living, this job may not be for you, there's little room for growth and management issues aren't address as much. But if you are someone who has no ambition and just want to come to work and package things, then it's for you. It's really gear towards the younger crowd. Until they change their pay rate, you're not going far in terms of merit increase. Wouldn't recommend, unless youre desperate for a job."
