"It all started with a negative experience of being taken off my flight due to a misunderstanding of multiple COVID-19 requirements, imposed by multiple countries that I was about to travel through. I made it to the lab 30 minutes before closing time on Saturday and was informed that my sample would not be tested until the coming Monday. I was shocked, angry panicked... so much money and planning went into that trip that I was prepared to do anything to make it happen. Fortunately, I was not alone. Employee gave me a cell number of locations manager - Paul Smaldone. Despite my failure to get the sample processed until Monday morning, Paul went out of his way and did his absolute best to ensure that I would get my results ASAP. He searched for other labs, that would possibly accept the sample and test it on Sunday, expedited Monday's testing, to make sure that my sample goes in first, all the while I heard the noises in the background - he was doing all that while driving in his car with his children on his day off, on another call I heard that there was a party in his house, but he took the time to assist me no matter what. I have no words to express my appreciation for his efforts and I would highly recommend this place to anyone that would ever ask me for a COVID-19 test lab. Sure, there are other factors, like convenience of location, short lines, long hours etc, but all that pales in comparison to the amount of extra miles that these people are willing to go for you as a customer."
