CovidCare: Fast PCR Testing in Brooklyn, NY 722 Church Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11218

"For years, we have used this testing site and it was extremely reliable. But something is very wrong now. I had a PCR test on Saturday and it's now Tuesday and I haven't received my results. No phone numbers or emails provided were responsive so on Monday I went back and the gentleman there only then clearly informed me that "the lab doesn't work on weekends." He gave me a phone number for Alliance labs which I called yesterday and again today. They have no record of any recent PCR test for me. Checked in CovidCare's system and there is there is no record of my having been tested at the site at all in the past few days! Beware!!"

"Over 31 hours after my test and I still haven’t received any test results or correspondence, despite being told it would arrive. I tried calling and emailing to ask for an update, and the phone line stays endlessly on hold and the email address bounced back as undeliverable. I’m glad I was not charged, as this didn’t deliver as promised."

"Place may seem suspicious but it’s legit ! It’s near by and extremely convenient for a lot of people. I use to go to Manhattan for testing and line are long !!! This place little to no wait ! And turn around time is 20-22 hours top and when I do get my result by 2pm-3pm. When I always call I get my result emailed to me either from the lab or from the office where I got my test done. Super easy process ! Come in fill out easy form basic information ask of and then you get tested. Yes, if TRAVELING and if they don’t ACCEPT your INSURANCE there is a CHARGE or you can pay your co-pay (whichever is cheaper). HELL ! I honestly believe that’s better then having to pay at airports that are charging a greater fee for results before boarding flight ! They are reasonably workers and they try their best to work with you ! They have always helped me the best they can whenever I come here with a problem with my job, any questions I had, and accommodating others whenever they can if they can. THANK YOU COVID CARE BROOKLYN FOR HELPING OUR COMMUNITY !!"

"Some may call this place "downscale" perhaps even "shady". It is a bungalow placed in the backyard of the Islamic center. But hey it works, I got my results in 24 hours and that's all I needed. It was free with insurance. The booking flow / app is horrible I had to provide my insurance two times online and when I came onsite they asked for my insurance again. Half of the time during my 10 minute visit the technician did not wear a mask."
