"I really enjoy working with the team at the GI clinic. I don’t feel like a number with this specialist. GI Jeff and Dr Wood remember the details of my case, ask lots of good questions, and listen very well to my concerns. They are very responsive when I have questions or needs between appointments, calling me back within 24 hours and completing requests for refills or advice quickly. Because of this between-appointment service, I’m not troubled by waiting often 6-8 weeks for a followup appointment. Last but not least, they are fun and easy to talk to. Would recommend, but make sure you have the time to wait if your appointment is delayed."

"I was already unimpressed just calling the office. No one answers the phone or returns calls. I arrived for my appointment and was told I couldn't be seen because I wasn't vaccinated, which no one bothered to tell me when I made my appointment. I was escorted out of the office like I had the plague. Dr. Wood then called me to say she could do a phone consultation. She was rude and dismissive of my concerns. I have worked in healthcare my entire life and have never been treated so poorly. Doctors take oaths to care for patients, do your job. Won't be returning and wouldn't take my sick dog there"

"Small and personable office, which I love! The last practice I was at had people in and out like revolving doors--not enough attention you need as a patient. The doctor listened to my concerns about my pain and scheduled me for a procedure, something that should have been done a long time ago, instead of just tossing some medication at me to get me out of the office quicker. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making checking in simple. The scheduling ladies are super sweet and funny, and Heather was very thorough in explaining everything I needed to know for my upcoming procedure. Super happy with my visit!"

As an out-of-state student at MSU, she took the time to explain everything that was going on with me to my mother over the phone. In addition, her staff is extraordinary. Jeff, Justin, and everyone else that works there are always happy, joking around, and helping you feel at ease. The service they provide is top notch. Whenever I call to make an appointment, change medication, or just ask general health questions, they are always there to answer my call and provide whatever services they can."
