"Dr. David Levy was exceptionally kind, attentive, and convincing toward the most anxious patient - me. He viewed my films, talked about his impressions of the films, asked me several questions, wanted to get the total picture. When we reached the point at which the colonoscopy was recommended, I felt free to tell him my concerns both about the violence of the previous prep in 2019 and some bleeding I'd endured in the test two times prior. When I said: "I'm so tiny, I'm practically pediatric", without hesitation he turned to me, and said: "I only use pediatric tools." My sigh of relief was global. I am utterly confident that he will approach my problem thoroughly, and truly care about achieving a safe and enduring outcome. Thank you, Dr. Levy!!!"
"1 star because we had to wait 2 hours and 15 miniutes past the scheduled time for procedure. Absolutely not impressed. He would get 5 stars otherwise. Any doctors office in the UPMC network are ruthless when it comes to being late or missing an appointment...they should live up to their own expectations."
