I even got to speak with the local rep(his name was Josh) who really knew what he was talking about and walked me through the entire process with ease, to be so busy going from office to office he took the time out of his day to help with any questions I had from the results to billing and insurance, which was a breeze to get taken care of as well. The test results allowed my primary care doctor to make several medication changes and I have never felt better. Would recommend this company to everyone that asks and needs help to make their lives better!"

"I called to make a payment on my account. The person who took my call sounded spaced out and after giving her my credit card number 4 times she still couldn't apply the payment. I asked for a supervisor and that person appeared to get the payment through. Unfortunately my credit card was charged 3 times. When I called back to get credited, I got the same type of spacey attitude and was put on hold. After waiting I was disconnected, and then called back and asked for a supervisor. Again I was put on hold and eventually transferred but not to a supervisor. The lady told me they would credit the error and call me right back to confirm. Seems like they have some procedure issues."
