"The ladies who work at this office are wonderful. Always compassionate and efficient. I’ve had to have blood drawn often in the last few months and have had draws done by each member of the team and they’re all very good at their jobs—I honestly hardly ever even feel the pokes. Even the student they have training there is skilled and makes the draws as pain free as possible."

"No one likes getting blood work done. However, here the front desk staff and the very skilled and kind phlebotomist make it a pleasant experience."

"Less than 3-star review has its own reason. I still come here because is nearby. Not very friendly receptionist and when I had a seat to be ready. She knocked the pad without open her mouth which means to me is “put your elbow over here”. Please do some employee training for being friendly"

"Every time I come here for lab work they are SO RUDE. The receptionists at the lab desk stare at you when you walk in the door and say nothing. I forgot my mask at home (didn’t know we still needed them) and asked for an extra. No one responded to me. I asked again and the receptionist said you need to bring your own. There is no one checking anyone in, just a clipboard at the window. They don’t talk to you when they take you back, only to each other. I’ve tried coming here multiple times thinking it was just a bad day and it is always like this. Go somewhere else if you can."
