"Great service, quick and always available to answer your questions. This is my fourth time, booking a test with them. This time booked at different location by mistake, from where I wanted to visit . I called the toll free number, a lady called Rebecca not only updated the right location but also processed my order and send me the confirmation immediately . She was so helpful! And when I did not get my reports within 24 hours, I sent Rebecca an email and she notified me as soon as the reports were available to view. Totally recommend booking through Request a Test!"

"Request a test was recommended to me by Labcorp directly when I was there to draw labs. My provider refused to request a lab for me and quoted an out of pocket cost without her submission to insurance would be $270 for a free t3 test. I am so grateful that Labcorp recommended request a test to me as it was $59 for a free t3 which is much more manageable. Their services are a great blessing to anyone wanting to have a more active role in their health than the traditional medical system will “allow”. Not only that, it does typically take 3 hours for the labs to be reviewed and sent to the lab, however Carolyn was so helpful in getting the labs approved in one simple 5 minute phone call so I could do all my labs at once! They are so kind & efficient. There website is a bit out of date & seem sketchy HOWEVER it is absolutely legit and I will be using them again + again!"
