Reviews
"They have been fantastic to me: Dr. Reyes, Melanie, Donna, all the other doctors, nurses, and other ladies. Dr. Reyes did my surgery and he is wonderful. Several times in the beginning he called me after hours, even when he was attending a dinner. However, the billing department is the worst. They never answer and when (and if) they call you back, they are very uncooperative. They have owed me a $40 refund for months because I got on Medicaid, which covered my copays, and I had a credit, so I asked for the refund. At least 3 months ago they said they were processing it. In November they said they were working on October. I still haven't received it and I'm sick of trying to call them."
"Dr.Berenji has been wonderful as well as his assistant McKenzie."
"Never would I recommend great lakes cancer center. Not one of those drs had same diagnosis or prognosis. Never gave us straight answers till was much to late to treat my sister. Never recommend"
"I got there 15 minutes late for a second lung cancer opinion and the power wielding receptionist had canceled my appt that I waited 6 weeks for. Khadim refused to see me. The earliest appt is 10-18. The reason I was late was because an aide I have for a disabled handicapped family member was late. I'm also going thru brain radiation for a tumor and this is the third time for lung cancer. It must be nice to be perfect in an imperfect world. What ever happened to care and concern for fellow humans."
"Nursing staff is very professional and supportive. Time to prepare Velcade for treatment was 52 minutes much too long. This not unusual. This effects the efficiency of the operation since nurses are unable to complete their tasks during this wait time."
