"I love this location, they are usually quick and never have issues with my order. Until lately… the woman at the window handed me the whole card reader screen just so that they could ask for a tip without actually asking…."

"I give up trying to give this location a chance, every time the employees are rude, the coffee seems to get worse and there’s absolutely no care in the drinks. In a corporate setting where there is a standard to uphold, id expect at least something a little decent."

"Ive been to several star bucks in my area. This is by far the worst one I've been too. Every time I go here the drinks have absolutely no flavor when comparing it to the other locations. I ordered the white hot chocolate with whipped creme and coconut milk. I ordered the same thing from other locations before, no where near as good. Not only this order but in general whenever I get stuff from this location it just doesn't taste good, its bland. The drink tasted like luke warm milk with sugar. Terrible. The temperature of the drink was also horrible. The only positive thing from here was the service. They were absolutely fantastic to talk to. They took my order quickly and they were very kind. That's what earned them the two stars. Service outstanding, facility clean, drinks terrible."
