"0 stars! Horrible company/horrible customer service with generic emails that do not help at all. I ordered an “In Stock” product that supposed to be shipped within 12 day. I ordered this over a month ago. They are blaming a storm that happened for the delay in shipping….no way. This is just a poorly ran business. If we were not forced to use this company…I wouldn’t. I will be pushing for a different option for up coming years. This is not my 1st go around either. This has happened every single year we had to order something from them. Save your self time and buy your shirts and take them to Steve’s Sports and have them put the embroidery on for you. Cost 5 dollars a shirt."

"Placed an order the beginning of June and was told it would be in within 2-4 weeks. Now almost 8 weeks later, still have not received it, and their response is to blame the storm that literally just occurred a few days ago!"

She was quick and responsive to not only my questions and needs but to the other moms who were also shopping. When I checked out she and another lady were very helpful in ordering what was out of stock."

"I recently had a very positive experience at School bells purchasing uniforms for my two daughters. I should say that I have not had much experience in the past with uniform purchases but was in the neighborhood and my wife requested that I purchase the uniforms. I went in the store and as soon as I stepped in all I saw was shelves of uniforms and didn't even know where to begin trying to find our school's display. A young lady greeted me right away, asked me the particulars and took me displays. She knew the schools requirements, recommended options and sizes, special ordered items not in the store and within 20 minutes I was out the door with all items purchased and a few coming via mail in 2-3 weeks. Great job!!! Excellent customer service!!!"
