There were repeats technical issues arising that prevented them both for finding a solution. And they both tried for almost 3 hours! They came to a compassionate and helpful solution for me. Thank you! I’ve used Apple products since a teenager and will stay loyal due to situations like this. Thank you!"

"I’m highly disappointed in my experience with this store. I called before I went there to confirm that I can repair a pair of headphones. I was told that they could be repaired for $50. I double checked with the agent that I would be able to come in and pay for the repair and that they had all that was needed to do so. The agent confirmed. Once I get there I was told that the repair would cost $249 the full price for a new set. I would not recommend anyone to this store for service because they are inconsistent, and condescending."

"Disappointed with how management handled a mistake from Apple online order for an in-store pickup. Online customer service took complete ownership, however the manager of this store was not helpful in offering any suggestions and seemed mildly inconvenienced by the scenario. "Not our problem" was the big take away which added to an already frustrating error. I was grateful for the online service which was quite apologetic and remedied the mixup."

"Took my husbands phone here to get his battery replaced. Service was fine and all, just not very specific about pickup times. They said 2:30-3:00, we showed up at 2:30 to check how much longer it was going to be. They said 10 minutes. It was much longer. Just kinda inconvenient."
