"Slid the truck in the stupidest fashion off the edge of the road, in the middle of nowhere. Called USAA for roadside assistance, and was told they would find me a tow truck and get back to me. I was starting to panic, calling around myself and was having difficulty even getting someone to answer the phone. It was dark and just cold enough to make it nerve-wracking as I wondered how long I would be there. Then Chris from Tonk-A-Towz called me. My insurance already handled the bill, i just had to hang tight until he came for me, and he was already on his way. They got to me in about an hour (great timing for this area), were very kind, and promptly plucked me from the ditch without hitting the power pole that I was practically abutting. Great service from very nice folk! Hope I don't need them again, but if I do, they're the first ones I'm calling."
