Not only did he spend a lot of time tuning the piano (it hadn't been tuned or used much in the past decade I'd bet...), he explained much about the tuning process, what certain aspects of the piano did or how they worked, and suggestions on ways to keep it in pristine shape. On top of all that, our kids were very entertained by him as he played a few songs throughout to check the tuning. He was really great and I would highly recommend him!"
