"Despite encountering challenges with three service calls within first few months of the new hot water tank installation, I commend Diamond Heating & Air Temp for its perseverance in addressing the issues. A replacement was made after the third call. I thought the problem was resolved. Three weeks following that installation I had to make a fourth call about the newly replaced tank demonstrating the same problem. I was at my wit’s end. I could not understand why I was having these problems with the hot water tank. Sam called me very promptly and explained it was due to faulty equipment from the manufacturer and I was not alone with the problem being experienced. I work in customer service and understand that paths for intervention must be followed. Once Sam had his arms around why his customers were reporting the same problem he put his attention on a solution, and that for me that gave me hot water back to my home by 6pm the same day. A member of Sam’s team stepped up to make the install even though he had moved from the installation team into another position. A complete brand swap was made and was expertly and efficiently installed. What can you say when a company’s crisis intervention and dedication to customer care are so exceptional?
