"I looked up Dr. Kim on my heath insurance website. It stated he was accepting new patients. It took a min to get the first appointment scheduled but when that came it turned out it was strictly an intake appointment. The actual appointment was scheduled at the intake appointment time for 4-5 weeks later. During this time I made a few calls to see if there was any cancelations (there wasn't). I made two phone calls today leaving a voice mail at the first then getting ahold of someone on the second. No voicemail calls were returned. At the second call I asked what time the appointment was today due to the reminder email didn't have a time on it. They told me it was canceled because some paperwork wasn't filled out and returned. They said they called me several times at which I aske what number they are calling and it turned out they had the wrong number. Email was correct as I am getting those- too bad they couldn't use that BEFORE canceling my daughters appointment. Her condition has been getting progressively worse while waiting for this appointment. Lastly, I don't understand why this office is tele-appointment only when all the other offices I have been to for months are not- that is one I would like clarification on."
