None of the flowers /branches were priced so it was quite the shock when I did get help to ring me up. Not sure I’ll go back although I did enjoy the experience walking through the back flower cooler."

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ATTENTION ALL BRIDES ESPECIALLY. I was so excited to use this company for my wedding but I couldn’t have been more disappointed. They are talented florists but their ability to run a business is seriously lacking. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. I was promised help creating my bouquets and was given none, my flowers were not completed on time and some of them (that I paid for) were never even delivered (nor refunded after the fact). I was very organized on my end and at one meeting when the owner pulled up an old email for me to reference a picture I had sent her, 4 of my emails to her had never even been opened. I was shocked. Both my hair piece and my maid of honor’s hair pieces were forgotten about until the day before the wedding!!! Another bride was there the day I was picking up my flowers and was experiencing a similar situation. I wouldn’t have written such a negative review if they hadn’t messed up over and over again after continued correction and timely prompting from myself. Don’t use them."
