"My husband ordered flowers for me online. No where on the website does it say they do not deliver to the base. When I called to inquire about delivery status, the woman on the phone was quite rude. She said she emailed him to inform him they wouldn't deliver. No email was received. When I tried to explain the situation I was advised that maybe next time he should just use the florist on base. There was no apology given. I would never give this florist my money again, nor would I recommend them to anyone."
