"I've been seeing Rebecca at Discovery Cove for almost a year. She's been incredibly helpful and supportive; I recommend her to all my friends. I'm also impressed with how things were handled following the covid lockdown. I was contacted after a few weeks to ask if I'd like to start scheduling virtual appointments (I did and they are helpful. Even times I've forgotten about an appointment, I'll get a call a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time to remind me to log on). Now with their office back open I'm still offered a choice between in office or virtual appointments; as someone in a high risk group and someone who would have to find childcare, I appreciate the ability to continue virtually."

"The only issue I honestly had with them was extreme poor communication like never answering phone. And to where my scheduled appointments for teleconference I ended up being the only one showing up to. 2 times within a month I was left waiting online for them like they said to do and no one showed up. No call nothing twice in a month for a new client is really unorganized your suppose to establish trust. I was never sent emails as promised for my teleconference meeting ids . So then I’d be trying to use an old one or wait and see if someone logs on or calls me. Was just to unorganized for me and I can’t do the not showing up for schedule appointments numerous times when I dedicate that time to make sure my kids aren’t acting crazy or baby sitter etc."

"Did not receive my paper work for completion of the class. Even signed a release form to send my lawyer. They lied and then wanted to charge me for a letter."
