"I have seen my psychiatrist and therapist here for almost 5 years now. They are absolutely wonderful. They are knowledgeable and have helped me grow into someone I am proud of. I have never had ANY issue whatsoever. I have never had a probelm reaching my providers or getting refills for my (many) medications."

"I did not have a very good experience with this clinic at all. My first session was okay, I liked the person I was seeing and she was obviously knowledgeable and definitely helpful. Second session? She no showed, legitimately did not show up. A week later? I still had not heard from her or the clinic. I assumed maybe it was a family emergency but when I called and said she didn’t know up to our scheduled appointment they asked me if I wanted to reschedule - two weeks out. I understand things come up but communicating with patients is important, especially when building a relationship in a mental health setting. I wasted time and money on the session I had, and was very disappointed with the patient care following that appointment. The initial appointment was quite expensive to then not even be able to make progress in my mental health because she didn’t show up. Had the care continued, it might’ve been worth it."

"I've been going on and off for a couple years now, and I love it. I can't imagine going to a different counselor or dealing with another company than Counseling Solutions. The staff is professional, the counselors are very educated and prepared to handle varying case loads which is nice. I have had zero problems with scheduling or getting questions answered about insurance/payment in a timely manner."

"Very kind and friendly but un-knowledgeable staff. I was able to get counseling here in October after months in crisis. Following brief psych floor stay in November my counselor informed me that She would no longer see me due to insurance and canceled all my appointments for the rest of December. I’m just getting through every day now waiting for appointments with a new provider all set for the end of the this month. It would be amazing if anyone from this office would contact me regarding payment arrangements. I have left multiple messages and sent emails requesting response."

"I’ve been sitting on this review for quite a while but I think it’s important for people to know. The employees here were great to me for a while. I started going here for med management mostly. I was a patient for about 2 years or so but as soon as I lost my insurance coverage they dropped me as a patient. I told them I understand cash clients can be a gamble but I’d be happy to pay up front in full for any appointment I scheduled. Instead of making any kind of accommodations for me they gave me references to other offices that were not taking new clients and had long wait lists. I could not get a new refill on my depression or anxiety medication even though I was have an extremely difficult time and was left completely helpless. Overall I can’t recommend them. I don’t understand how you can drop people with mental health issues and give them no real options to get help. It’s dangerous and painful."
