"To prepare our Federal Income Taxes, we all need the necessary I.R.S. Forms. I went to the I.R.S. Office located on 36th Avenue at 3pm in the afternoon and they were closed and (it looks like) were not offering any service. What to do? I've passed this Liberty Tax Service Office on C Street (just past its intersection with Benson Blvd) many times. I had some banking to do at the Wells Fargo Branch just up C Street and as we left the Wells Fargo Bank heading South on C Street I decided to turn into the Liberty Tax Service to see if I could possibly get some of the necessary I.R.S. Forms (1040 etc) from them. In I went and was pleasantly greeted by Austin. I explained my quandry and Austin immediately said that he would be happy to provide the forms I need. And he did just that. Brought them up on his computer and printed them for me. I prefer to do my own taxes but IF I were to choose a Tax Service, based upon how I was treated here, I'd most certainly pay them a return visit and, as I'm doing here, recommend them."
