"Considering the kindness of Classic Collision, they drag out the repair process extensively. I dropped off my vehicle on November 29th for a minor repair. It is now December 12th and the vehicle is is still in prep for painting (just as last week!). This is unacceptable, please take your job seriously and get your act under control. Considering I was on a waitlist for approximately 2.5 months to even drop my car off. I do not recommend Classic Collision. I have a friend that had a similar situation with Classic Collision and they were also furious at the amount of time it took for his repair :("
"Our van was rear-ended in mid-march. The soonest appointment was June 19th. We got our van back on July 31st. The work looks brand new and well done. They worked with our insurance well. However, it is a very slow process getting the repairs done."
"Front reception was awesome. Not so much for the rest of my experience. We came over March 2,2023 to have front end repaired from an accident. Here I sit on July 27 still waiting for my vehicle. This is ludicrous in that can’t repair a vehicle in five in a half months! Really?! State Farm Insurance recommended them a a preferred shop and has way out paid the claim in rental vehicles. Speaking of insurance, they told State Farm my vehicle was done way before it was, so insurance paid the claim. State Farm surprised that they were not done. I had to have the claim reopened for the rental car and the additional repairs caused by Classic Collision. So there is that fraud thing they have going for them. Preferred or not, they will never repair a vehicle of mine."
"$300 under the original quote, fast turnaround time and good communication throughout the entire process. They worked with me on saving some non-essential repairs for later (the bumper). Awesome experience, definitely will have my return business!"
