"A theater with great potential; however, I believe it is poorly managed...I have been going every few weeks to see a movie and EVERY time I get anything from the concessions, they are out of multiple items. I also am not sure why they even have icee machines because they have been inoperable for well over 8 months and when I ask the employees they are clueless when they will be back operational. Sad, because these are simple things that a manager should be able to control if properly trained. The staff are great and the auditoriums are clean. Inventory management is greatly needed here..."

"Friendly staff and good popcorn. Wasn’t enjoyable having a bright light on above the IMAX screen for the entire movie. Was told it has to be on for safety reasons."

"I've been to the Regal Tikatnu theater numerous times and it has always been a good experience. I get online, reserve our seats, and buy the tickets. Makes for a very quick entry and is quite convenient. I was not happy today because there was a premier showing of one of the new marvel movies and it was busy and the popcorn line was... 30 minutes. I'm not kidding. They should have staffed for the premier."

"The theater and amenities for the theater were very nice and the staff was nice as well. However, the problem was staffing. We waited over 30 minutes in the concessions line before the movie and got our popcorn and drinks just before the movie started so make sure you plan for 30 minutes or more. The seats were comfy, but I would have loved it if they had some type of VIP option with option for chairs that lean back, theaters are really nice that offer that. All in all, it does the job of any other movie theater though and is a good place to go for friends or family to go see a movie."
