"I have used Liberty Tax for a few years now and I would honestly have to say this is the 1st year that I am nothing but disappointed with their service. A $20,000 mistake was made on their part and I was the one that caught it and had to take them back in so they could fix it, however this meant that my return had to be amended, this was in early February and it is now the end of June and I still have nothing back from the IRS. Liberty Tax has made every effort to correct their mistake, but I paid almost $500 for them to make a mistake and then only correct it after I found it myself and absolutely nothing from Liberty Tax in regards to a refund of the monies I paid to them. I paid for services that I didn't receive. They say they guarantee their work, but if I hadn't went back to see what had happened compared to last year I would have had to pay in. I will never use Liberty Tax again and I definitely will no longer recommend them to anyone."
