Liberty Tax has made every effort to correct their mistake, but I paid almost $500 for them to make a mistake and then only correct it after I found it myself and absolutely nothing from Liberty Tax in regards to a refund of the monies I paid to them. I paid for services that I didn't receive. They say they guarantee their work, but if I hadn't went back to see what had happened compared to last year I would have had to pay in. I will never use Liberty Tax again and I definitely will no longer recommend them to anyone."
