"I was misinformed by two different Jackson Hewitt representatives. They really dropped the ball. I was told my taxes were filed twice, but actually weren’t. Also, they have people out there doing taxes that don’t really know what they are doing and have to have everything looked over by a supervisor, a supervisor who actually doesn’t supervise at all (Debarr). They don’t know what they’re doing. Just an overall awful experience. The only person who helped me and made it right was Tanner Berue located in Anchorage Alaska (diamond). Not sure the company deserves him considering he was the only helpful employee I came in contact with."

Walked by them in the store of Walmart and I have asked them about their service which I was very surprised because I didn’t know that they do a loan in advance which I got the second day very fast and which I needed the money. So that the good things I like about them and they were also very nice and they have Good customer service as well. I would recommend Jackson Hewitt to my family and friends."
