"This TAX company was rude and very unprofessional then hung up on me. After explaining my tax needs and filing requirements the owner exasperated the complexity of my return and basically told me that trying to file two or three schedule E's in different states was way to complicated and told me my return would cost over $1,000. He then said his company wasn't going to help me and then rudely hung up the phone. Other tax prepares have prepared my taxes with no issues in the past. This man was completely rude and unprofessional. Don't trust these guys to take your tax return seriously. They will most likely not do a good job at all."
