"I've been going to H&R Block for years and it's always been fine because I've had large tax returns and so the fee has never mattered to me. However this year I took care of my disabled son, and didn't work, so my tax return was only about $291, after your fee, I get a whooping $26 dollars back. I'm a single Mother to 4 kids and I can't afford your fees and will not be back next year. I will be getting Turbo Tax and doing it myself next year. I think you guys should charge fees based on the return. I shouldn't have had to pay $224 to sit with someone for 10 minutes. That's absolutely absurd. BUT - The lady who helped me was fantastic. I don't want her to think she did anything wrong, it's not her fault. She was great."
