"I have no idea how this rude and uneducated “doctor” is practicing medicine. She knows nothing about urology and just wants to run unnecessary tests to charge your insurance. The worst part is if you ask her questions she gets visibly annoyed. I wasted so much time and money at this clinic. I hope I save someone else from this huge mistake of a place."

"I scheduled my day around the appointment I set with this clinic. When I scheduled the appointment the front desk asked that I come in 15 mins early for paperwork. Which I did today. Only to be told by the rude front desk lady that the doctor had just left and that I could sit and wait or reschedule. My clinic would never state that to a patient coming in for a scheduled appointment. Sad to see some clinics do not hold the same standards. A courtesy call would have been great instead of “sit and wait or reschedule.” Absolutely ridiculous."

"I have seen Dr. Hobbins a few times and always felt extremely cared for with her. She was kind and did not make me feel uncomfortable whatsoever. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a obgyn. I had an appointment for the 8th of December, called in and rescheduled due to vehicle issues. I got the time off work and drove over here for the date of my appointment at 11:15 and they said I was not on the books. The lady working the front said that she personally cancelled my appointment on the 8th(the day I called to reschedule). On the phone, we confirmed the date and time that my new appointment would be. Accidents happen but not showing any fault and making the client feel as if they messed up, is not professional. Disappointed with the lack of respect and will not be going back."

"Terrible service. I went to I though I had a schedule when I got there I was not on the schedule but they had somebody to help anyway. After seeing the practitioner they scheduled me for another appointment 3 months before. I got so busy for the summer forgot my appointment. They charged me for a no show fee. I called the billing to ask them to reverse the charge because I did not receive any reminder call and was looking forward to see my doctor. The billing told me to call the office and I spoke to Kim. Kim told me that she will ask someone to reverse it and then give me a call. I did not receive any call from her. Today, the billing called me and ask me to pay the no show. I was very disappointed with the service I received and felt like this people don’t call their clients purposely so they can collect a lot of no show fee. I paid the amount but I promise to not to return to this clinic for the rest of life. Bad service very bad."

"Dr. Debra Hobbins is simply delightful. She has the most wonderful personality and I always look forward to my appointments with her. She stays up to date on current research and explains everything she does during the exam. She’s so sweet and professional I couldn’t recommend her enough!"
