I moved out over 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned. I have called and left messages and to date they have not had the simple courtesy to return a phone call."
"The maintenance is horrible, there are always problems with the hot water. The maintenance guys take time to repair, they are like visits to the doctor, they look at the problem and those of us who pay to live there have to wait one, two or three days for them to repair or solve it. Maybe if they quit smoking and talking so much they could use that time to work. Previous years this did not happen, the boys were very efficient Mike and Gory the best boys and quality workers. I miss those efficient people, today the service is very poor, and the rent is very high"

"Lived in the Cove for a summer. Place was recently renovated when we moved in and management was always available when we needed them. They upgraded the windows while we were living there and while the contractors they used were terrible, they handled it well and informed us of the updates. I've recommended them to my friends should they ever live in the big city of Anchorage."
