"Weidner properties can't even fix something as simple as a dishwasher. You'll call and call. For 3years and they still won't fix it. You schedule a maintenance appointment with them and they don't show up. But they'll increase what you pay every lease renewal."
"Worst move out experience. Management staff has no clue what they are doing. I waited 4 months to get a final bill from them and low and behold they sent me to collections. I called once a month and never spoke to anyone. Don’t rent from them you can do better. Update: I gave my address twice before I left. Once on my 30 day notice and once via email to the property manager. I was called twice after I moved by the property manager because she kept the keypad door lock we had installed and she couldn’t remember the code or my new address. When I asked the bill collector what address he had he said they mailed notices to the apartment I moved from. So not only did the property manager fail to document my new address but she didn’t have to give to the bill collector I was turned over to. I have also already called your offices and left a message the day I paid the debt collectors so they wouldn’t report the unpaid bill to the credit agencies. So you have my number it has not changed if your serious about making sure I have a positive opinion then you call me for once. Answer you messages and call me back!"
"I've lived here for a few years now and have no complaints. Rent is reasonable, the apartment managers have changed a couple of times but have always been amazing. Maintenance is fast to respond and has always taken care of any of our concerns. This has been our first time living in a Weidner property and while I've heard negative stories about them I've never experienced any of it living here. Glad I gave them a shot!"
