"Nova will NOT keep the property owner's interests as a priority. They don't answer their phones, they don't return phone calls and they don't follow up on tenants who stay beyond their notice to vacate date. Their interest is the bottom dollar. If you plan to sell your property and need the current tenants to leave with adequate notice, good luck having Nova act on that, because it will mean that they no longer have a client. The hours of operation is meaningless simply because no one ever responds. I can't emphasize enough their inadequacies."
