"PROS: 1) I think the rooms are spacious in comparison to other apartments in Anchorage at the same price; 2) Campbell Creek park is right behind the apartments and offers a nice place to walk and enjoy nature; 3) The maintenance staff is great; 4) I've never participated in them, but the managers try to do biweekly/monthly things for the residents (free donuts, bingo, cookouts, etc.); 5) Folks are fairly quiet and friendly. CONS: 1) Parking is pretty limited which might be a sticking point for folks with multiple cars (parking spaces are reserved."
"I’m very impressed with these apartments I was here for a visit and was so amazed how everything was kept up!"
"Living here for the past two years and love the office staff! Trail systems access is a plus."
"I recently moved into my very first own apt and I love it so much! I love how spacious my 1 Bed & 1 Bath apartment is, the big closets & balcony! It is very quiet, I never hear my neighbors beside, or above me. It is clean & well maintained. The property manager Shannon is amazing as well & has been so helpful since day one- from tour, to the application process, to move in day & even after! So happy to call Quiet Creek my new home!"
"As a tenant who was here for quite a long while, I would recommend staying away from this area unless it's a last resort. The Pros are easily the sound traveling between walls, I almost rarely if ever hear noise from other apartments with my doors and windows closed which is great. Another pro is that the neighbors are usually really nice and understanding. Also they allow pets which is cool for a lot of people. Now the cons which easily makes this apartment a killer for most, the parking is ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. 1 parking spot for each apartment, okay fair right? but only 9 PARKING SPOTS FOR VISITORS. If you're a family that has multiple cars this place is absolutely awful and the rest of the spots are "not allowed for parking" You will get threatened if you park in the spots even if you legit have no choice which happens EXTREMELY often. People with multiple cars I'D GREATLY find another apartment because you WILL get towed if you pretty much have multiple cars. If you plan on sticking with one car then the parking problem is just fine. Two the apartment building itself is usually pretty messy and kinda broken all around, it isn't easy to see at first but is unusually bad once you take a closer look. I’ve had to use some pliers to close a window with a broken handle in the hallway for winter (which was broken for like months), The hallway heater covers are usually falling off, the door handle on the third floor is broken beyond belief to the point where they just put a handle instead of a turning doorknob, some parts in the hallway are still slightly broken for whatever reason which is weird, etc. Also some weird rules for some, sometimes you can't put items on your porch but to be honest I never minded that one. Some aspects might also suck for some people, no elevators at all which makes moving furniture an absolute pain for some. Also the door bell system has been broken since LONG i can remember, people can ring the doorbell. but the speaker system doesn't work, and neither does the unlock door feature in the apartment works. Thus requiring you to head downstairs and getting whoever/whatever at the door. Mainly those are some of the big aspects of why I personally wouldn't go for this place. There are some positives but in my opinion it majorly is outweighed by the cons. It's also a far less option compared to other apartments in the area..."
