"A friend of mine rents there and it’s the same all over for most of the properties. High monthly rates and close to zero snow removal and not enough assigned parking. It doesn’t do you much good to pay high monthly rates if you can’t go to work because your vehicle is sunk into 2 feet of snow and ice."

"I love living here. The property manager is amazing and is always willing to work with me on any issue that comes up. I feel safe here, and my young son does too. I feel secure enough in the "it takes a village" mentality among the neighbors that my my kid can play outside without me having to helicopter. My only complaint is the perpetual state of atrociousness that is the parking lot during winter months...total safety hazard. I've sustained a couple of significant injuries since there is basically no maintenance in the parking lot. Otherwise, amazing place to live."

The manager follows up immediately to ensure that every aspect of the maintenance was handled to the satisfaction of the tenant. In my 65 years I have never lived anywhere that is as tenant-focused as Silver Ridge. I would recommend Silver Ridge to anyone without any reservations."
