"Dont believe the fake reviews. Theyre lying or confused with the nearby hotels. I've been here over 12yrs now. Yes, its nice during the day. But there are drunks, addicts & bums that frequent the area at night close to the hotels. Randoms jump the fences or drive back here to drink, deal, smoke, or pass thru. The Executive Inn ALWAYS has some @$$holes screaming, fighting & banging on their windows late nights. And they built a school next door, smfh. Mgmt changes too often and they charge just to look at units that need any service."

"Not only am I the Property Manager but I live here at Lakeshore Park Apartments. I can tell you that I would never rent something that I would not live at personally. This is by far the best community not only I have worked at but have also lived at. Right next to the Lake and I have the best neighbors in Alaska."
