"I scheduled an initial appointment at the start of February, wanting avoid catching the tax day rush. I emailed Marlene with any information she asked for, never recieved any emails back. I called 3 times as the tax day approached, never got a call back. I requested for someone else to do my taxes, only to be told it was "sad" that I didn't want to go with her anymore(since nothing was completed anyway). I wanted to do everything in a timely fashion as to avoid the tax day rush and the stress that comes with it, instead had a completely stressful experience. I am still waiting for Marlene to call back."

"We had a 2:00 appointment and we got there 10 minutes early. Sat and sat and sat… no one is acknowledging us and we’re starting to feel forgotten about. Around 2:30 my husband says to me that maybe we’ll go somewhere else next year. Next thing we know some big dude comes out of a room by the front counter and says very rudely Is there a problem here? My husband was like no we’re just waiting and I said our appointment was a half hour ago. Apparently the front desk girl heard what my husband said and for whatever reason went and told this guy who thinks he’s a club bouncer and comes out with attitude. He said our preparer was running behind because her last clients came in 30 minutes late. Shouldn’t they have had to reschedule instead of now putting everyone else behind by a half hour? We were just quietly sitting there waiting and he comes out all tough guy like we did something wrong. We’re not going back to that office again, after 20 plus years of being clients. Our tax Preparer, Deborah was very apologetic about how we were talked too, and she did a great job filing our taxes."
