"holy crud, what horrible communication and service. UPS sent me a notification that the packages where there after noon today. I stopped by 3 times. first time at 1 pm...no package, i was told that they are usually dropped off by 2 pm. second time, 3 pm. no package, I was told that they usually drop off between 4-6 third time, no package, I was told that ups is at fault, because quote" when they say today, they really mean tomorrow" I told the kid..yes a kid, that he needed to communicate with the other women that they all need to get their stories straight as others were there having ups problems. he said he wouldn't what horrible lack of pride in oneself and ones store. tomorrow will be the 4 th time. any bets?"
