"I have had 0 issues here, good and quick customer service."
"I 100% wouldn't recommend going here to ship out your goods unless you know they got rid of Ms Anita. She's rude to everyone she engages with including myself over a package that was destroyed on transit and she refused to help me out with it. I've came 3 times and she turned me away claiming she been doing her job over 30 years but apparently don't know what to do if a customer package gets tampered with and destroyed. Sad. You're better off going off post."
"Anita needs to work on her social/people skills. That woman def hates her job. I know its govt job, but c'mon lady, learn how to talk to people."
"They give AK USPS a bad name. After working a 12hr shift I stopped in to drop packages off before getting to sleep. Desk clerk was extremely rude. As she took one of my packages I said "I believe that ones prepaid". She stopped and said "excuse me!" "Did you say something." Then explained how she had to process the shipment so I would receive a tracking number. I'll go off base from now on. Took everything in me to hold back so she didn't slow the line down even more for the four service members behind me. It's the holidays, they're busy, but they don't need to treat the people they support like an inconvenience."
"Today we delt with Anita!! Multiple times I have showed up when they were supposed to be open as per multiple signs on the interior door and exterior door and online and they have not been open. Today I showed up at 1030 on a Tuesday and it was supposed to be open and it was now. We went to the other post office on base and they had not received a notification that she had called in and had told us this is common and he usually makes her own hours. She finally showed up and opened about 11ish and took forever in the back before she came out to help the large line of people already waiting. She was very rude and short with us and the others in front of us. This makes me not ever want to use USPS if this is how our local USPS treats their customers."
