"I was in a bad spot and broken down and called RWC and explained my dilemma.They sent out a recovery driver to access my situation, he made a temporary repair to get me road worthy and accompanied me back to the shop. Which by the way was very easy to spot from the main highway as you are getting on the Diamond exit . once at the shop I was greeted by the friendly staff. The shop foreman showed me to the drivers lounge where I enjoyed a large screen TV and hot coffee. I couldn't help to notice the parts department and rental office so I took a tour but it was cut short as the repair had been completed and I was back on the road again with a smile on my face and peace of mind in the repair. The staff was great and asked if I had any questions about the repair but I was just glad to have been rescued and back on the road. I am very please with RWC trucks."

"We came to RWC after a couple of bad experiences. We have actively used this company for approx. 10yrs, as a Logistics company we require accurate prompt service which we get from RWC . Hats off to their customer service and sales department. My pet peeve is communication, RWC is great with getting with you prior to repairs to inform you of all the specifics and cost of the job. We have a had great success with their rentals, problems are solved quickly, there are no long wait times for response. not to mention they have a new state of arts building.
