"When my uncle passed away he left behind a baby grand piano that was gifted to us. The piano was an hour away and my aunt was in the process of moving out of state. I contacted Alison and was able to schedule a move the same week. Even on the coldest day(-36°), the piano was successfully delivered. They packed and protected it for its journey to its new home. On arrival they were careful with bringing it into the house, used moving blankets, protected my floors, set it up and made sure it was where I wanted it. Customer service and time was great. Thank you for everything. Having my uncles piano safe and sound means the world to us."

"Excellent company to work with! Alison's made our move from Florida to Alaska a breeze. Their communication is superb and they answered all of our questions, throughout the move. Highly recommend!"

"Do not use this moving company. It is STILL a nightmare. 1st they packed items from a closet that had a large " do not pack". Of course these items did not make it to our new home.When they were ready to deliver they charged us another 700 dollars stating their truck could not getting into our driveway. Which meant all our belongings were off loaded and put on another truck. Alison's said they had no control over the movers here and no guarantee if they packed or did not pack all our stuff. Now we have no recourse no settlement...nothing for over 4mths. Don't ever use this company. 1/.24 update I have called emailed and sent letter all with zero help....except they are not responsible and owe us nothing.no communication has worked so do not tell me to call or that your concerned. Our things were never shipped. I hope you enjoy them and money you got for my mothers wedding band may it bring you happiness."

They kept me informed, they answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely fashion and if I had to move again I would use Alison's. Alison is very professional and reasonable. Love her tons!"

"I have moved many times in my life. Most of the moves were through the military. I have had experience with many moving companies and I can easily say that Alison's Relocation was the absolute best experience I've had. This move was not military, but was for work. The office staff are unfailingly polite, professional, and quick to respond. The men who delivered our household goods at the end of the move were not just professional and efficient, they were kind and very helpful in ways that felt above and beyond what they had to do. My husband and I both commented to each other just how different this team was compared to past experiences. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were.
