"After climbing the first level of steps in Rawn Way I was tempted to call it quits but boy was I glad I didn't. My daughter in law and myself met Micheal getting out of his car. He was kind, welcoming, and able to slide us in. We were only in Juneau for a couple of hours visiting off of NCL Sun. An hour and half later, we left with two fresh tattoos - me a hummingbird and my daughter in law Guy Fawkes face. I even asked him to incorporate his shop name (TBT) and AK to it. Not only is Micheal professional but also a pleasure and very reasonable. We are so thankful to you Micheal!! We hope you and your family were not affected by this week's landslide!"
