Delta Airlines

"We just had a terrible experience at the counter. When we arrived there were two quills, one for baggage drop off and the other one for SkyPriority. There was a person from delta at the front assisting people, and, since we had a problem checking in our bags, she told us to go to skypriority line, which didn't really seamed to make a difference, because there was only one person in each line in front of us. They took a long time for them to check in the person in front of us, and in the mean time, the other line grew bigger. When it came to our turn, a lady called Yukee asked up front "are you sky priority?"! We said no, and try to explain what happened and that we had been directed to that line by a crew member, and she just kept saying we needed to go to the end of the other line because that line was exclusive to first class members, while raising her voice. The whole experience was really embarrassing. It's very upsetting to been directed wrongly and not to be heard. Terrible way to start a journey."

"My flight to Seattle is canceled, yet the weather there is 50° and in juneau we are only expected to get 1 - 2 inches of snow. We can't get anyone on the phone and can't even get a decent reschedule date. Yet alaska airlines is flying here and out with no issues. Next time I'm just going to fly alaska."

"These workers refused to even acknowledge my presence in the middle of the night. Only one other customer. They refused to even make eye contact. It is because I am a white male. These employees are spending to much time watching tv and taking their politics to work. I will not be flying delta again. I'm done."

And they have no problems stranding you on a runway for over an hour with not even so much a glass of water.
