We happened across Planet Anchorage B & B and as soon as we walked in the door were so pleased to have had the opportunity to stay there. JoAnna, the owner, was so sweet to us. We had been camping for a few days prior to arriving in Anchorage and it felt like we had a friend welcome us right into her place. The bed was comfortable and the food was fresh and wonderful and prepared with love. We were more than ready for our race the next day after waking up to a delicious breakfast. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area. We didn't have a lot of time in Anchorage however with the location, it was perfect and close enough to downtown yet nestled back into a great little neighborhood. Loved it!!"
