"I have called this place 5 times a day for the past 7 days to try and get someone admitted. I've left a voicemail every time nobody picks up and no one has returned my calls. When I have gotten a hold of someone they transfer me to another department and nobody in that department picks up the phone."

"The guidance center changed my life for the better. I have the most amazing caring god loving psychiatrist his name is Dr bo. He's helped me manage my mental health for years and I don't know what I would have done without him. Jason is the best therapist at the guidance center and he is such a sweet pure soul who cares so much about his patients. He listens and is really someone I look forward to seeing and talking to about my life. The staff at the guidance center are all very kind and professional. I love this place it's like a second home for me where I can have peace of mind, feel loved, and protected."

"I've been a patient at TGC for a decade, and in that time, I've rarely had the same healthcare provider for more than three visits. The high turnover rate at this facility is quite noticeable. During my most recent visit, I was surprised to find out that I'd be seeing a different provider without any prior notification. To make matters worse, this new provider lied to me and ordered services to which I did not consent. I've been attempting to reach my case manager for weeks now, and our scheduled 11 am appointment today was canceled via an 8 am voicemail. I am curious to see what will transpire at our rescheduled appointment. I wish I could seek medical care elsewhere, but it seems that other facilities that accept my insurance have similar issues, including high staff turnover, unreliable providers, and routinely canceled appointments. This situation is disheartening for our community."

"I've been with these people for months to get therapy and my meds for my mental health. They recently made it so hard to get therapy and your meds (seeming I'm from the Grand Canyon) to get anything done. They only have one doctor that can prescribe you meds, yet the only day they have available is for Fridays. I think that's a bit ridiculous for anyone that works a normal job. They have also told me that they will let me know when I have appointments coming up and I never get a call or email from these people. I m so done with the guidance center, I'll be finding somewhere better to get the things I need for my mental health."
