"I have been on regular medication that has severe side effects if stopped without stepping dosage down. When my doctor moved I came to Vera Eastside in Anchorage. I've been with this office a couple months and so far I have had to fight for my refill both months. This month I have gone about a week, cold turkey, off my medication and I am feeling the severe side effects. Today I had to talk to 5 different people to get it processed. The 3rd told me I would have to wait an additional 48 hours for them to do it even though the original request was sent 4 days ago. Had I not complained all the way to the office manager, I would still be waiting. DO NOT GO THE THIS OFFICE FOR CARE, they do not provide it unless you fight tooth and nail for it. I'm looking for EVERY place I can possibly educate the public to avoid the same AWFUL "care" I received."
