"Over a few years of dealing with this office, I've found it very difficult to get someone to answer the phone when I call to make an appt. I don't take or make personal calls unless I'm on break and when I have to leave a msg., I am then unable to take the return call to schedule, which makes the whole experience annoying. I've also made appt.s, shown up on time only to be told they had me down for a different day, which I never would have scheduled because it was a day I did not have off to even make the appt. Issues are with front office - Chiro, Ben Cain, is great otherwise I'd start looking around for a more competent and easy to work with front office."
