"I know the optopmetrist know their stuff. But my review is of the eyewhere: glasses they are using- The glass wear is horrible and cheaply made and scratches over time. Even with my insurance, I pay 200.00 to 300.00 and it is not quality frames or glass wear. The doctors or optometrist are great, but they need better quality glasses, frames, and lenses. They need to get better quality frames, lenses and not charge so much for these. Even with insurance."

"My father went in for an emergent appointment and was belittled for "not calling" when he was unable to get ahold of the front desk or a technician. It wasn't the staff themselves that lectured him, it was Dr Dobson himself. Mind you he has been a patient of his for 30 years and gets treated poorly for having an emergent visit. Would recommend going to another clinic for emergency visits if they treat their patients that way with having their concerns and fears overlooked."

We have gone to Lens Crafters for years and they were so unhelpful trying on frames their response would be “too small” without trying to help you find the perfect frames to fit my face. It was frustrating. From now on we are going to Dimond Vision Clinic for all our eye care needs they are family oriented with a welcoming vibe and clean waiting area."
