"This was going to be my first time ever seeking counseling and I was very disappointed. Before I arrived to my appointment I anticipated traffic and called ahead of time to let them know I was going to be late. A voice mail took my recording and a pre recording let me know I would be receving a call back.. When I arrived the front desk called back and let me know that I was passed 10 min late so they would have to reschedule me. So I went in quickly 18 min passed my schedule appointment time, and front desk let me know that I signed paper work that said if I where to reschedule I would be charged $100 fee, but no where did it say the time limit! And I don't want to reschedule! I asked if they could just take it off my appointment the 15 min and they refused and where quite rude about it. Good Samaritan needs to make the policy more clear and put the time limit on lateness. I will not be seeaking the help I need from Good Samaritan nor pay the ridicules fee."
