"If I could, I would give negative five star. Although she seemed polite and knowledgeable, she constantly cancel EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT. She had the nerve to re-schedule an appointment which had been re-scheduled already multiple time. It was chronic and she kept dodging my message to re-schedule so I had to resolve it the way I knew how. I would never be back."
