Alaska Urgent Care LLC 300 East Dimond Boulevard, Anchorage, AK 99515
About the Business
Alaska Urgent Care LLC, located at 300 East Dimond Boulevard in Anchorage, Alaska, offers convenient and high-quality preventative and acute outpatient medical care for you and your family. With extended and weekend hours, on-site x-ray, and lab services, they strive to save you a trip to the emergency room.
However, due to a high number of unpaid patient balances, the institution has decided to send all outstanding accounts with balances from the last three years to collections. This decision was made to ensure that the focus remains on providing medical care to patients in need.
Patients with overdue accounts are encouraged to contact the Practice Manager or Biller to make arrangements and avoid being sent to collections. Alaska Urgent Care LLC wants to work with patients to prevent any hardships.
It is important to note that being sent to collections does not affect a patient's ability to receive care at Alaska Urgent Care or Wasilla Medical Clinic. All patients in need of medical attention will still be seen, regardless of their account status.

Reviews
"Spent 200 dollars for the student doctor to tell me to use Flonase and Mucinex as they don't give out antibiotics even though my spouse (who got me sick) was there yesterday and was given antibiotics."
"Love this Urgent Care, easy to get in and be seen, all providers I’ve seen are attentive, compassionate, and have successfully treated each illness upon initial visit. Front desk staff is so sweet and makes the check-in and intake process fast and easy. This is my new go-to spot for my family."
"I felt very gaslit and not helped during my appt, the provider I saw denied to do a test I was hoping to get done, and sent me home. it seemed evident they were trying to close the clinic in time. The front staff was kind though."
"I am really surprised to see negative reviews for this office. I have been there probably 6 times since moving to Anchorage, and each and every time, they have been kind, professional, and accommodating. The front desk staff, especially Dez, is so sweet and helpful. I’ve seen different MA’s and NP’s each time, but my experience with each has been 11/10. Everyone here seems always to be doing their best, and treating patients with kindness and respect, from check-in to the check-out. They actually seem to care about their patients, and want to make sure you are well taken care of. The wait times can be long, but honestly, I think that’s because so many people *do* have positive experiences here, that this is the pace they return to, and tell their family and friends about. I appreciate this place, and all of the staff working there. Thank you for providing empathetic patient care ❤️"
"I can only speak to the Covid vaccine experience and it was extremely easy here. Give yourself a few extra minutes for paperwork. Also recognize, as they get busier now that the vaccine is available to everyone in Alaska over 16, their waiting area is modest and so you might need to head outside or to your car to safely wait. Everyone was friendly and I suggest you ask to speak with the nurses if you have questions about the vaccines. They have paperwork, probably provided by the state or federal government, that can be confusing. They were happy to answer all of my questions. Also note, you will need to wait between 15 and 30 minutes after the shot to make sure you don’t have side effects. They have folks waiting in the exam rooms with the doors open, which is comfortable. Just bring something to read. Small clinics like this may not be as fancy or high tech as some of the hospitals and private practices in town but they serve their patients well where they live, which is so important. Further, they generally see all patients via self pay. They also have some basic trauma capabilities which alleviates some of the stress on local emergency rooms."
